By booking a yacht charter with Centurion Lifestyle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid seven days before departure.

1.2. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.

1.3. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations made seven days before departure are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations within seven days of departure are non-refundable.

2.3. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.

3. Guest Capacity & Conduct

3.1. The maximum number of guests allowed on board is twelve.

3.2. Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.

3.3. No illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption is permitted on board. Centurion Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse service or end the charter if safety is compromised.

3.4. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence or misconduct.

4. Weather & Safety

4.1. Charters operate rain or shine. However, if the weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

4.2. Centurion Lifestyle reserves the right to alter routes or cancel at short notice due to safety concerns.

5. BYO & Catering

5.1. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks (BYO), but glassware and premium catering options are also available.

5.2. Any excessive mess left on board may incur a cleaning fee.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1. Centurion Lifestyle is fully insured, but guests participate at their own risk.

6.2. We are not liable for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the charter.

6.3. Guests must sign a waiver before departure, acknowledging the inherent risks of yachting activities.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. We are not liable for cancellations due to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Photography & Media

8.1. Centurion Lifestyle may take photographs and videos during charters for promotional purposes.

8.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before your trip.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
